City of Jackson Clean-Up Day – November 11

The City of Jackson has called for residents to pitch and take part in a Jackson Work Day on Saturday, November 11 from 9 a.m. – noon.

Neighbors are being encouraged to freshen up their own property and to reach out to neighbors who may made need a helping hand maintaining theirs, too.

Focus areas include picking up trash, edging curbs, cleaning debris from streets, cleaning nearby stop signs and street signs and trimming landscape around those signs.
A roll-off dumpster will be available that day, likely at Smith-Wills Stadium, for large yard debris and other trash.

If a specific area around your property needs addressing and you need help accomplishing this, reach out to our office at 601.981.9606 or email Angie Noble, FRF special projects director, at
